BASIC INFORMATION :

Four arm and Three arm Bi axial machines also known as carousel machines are on pioneer position today world wide as first choice to produce Roto products. They have become so much polular due their unique design and multiple benefits of higher productivity, fuel efficiency, facility of product mix simultaneously. The machine has easy and unique feature of simultaneous facilty of loading / unloding, heating / cooking of moulds and cooling all at same time, which offers advantages of higher productivity.

We, VISHNU FABRICATORS have designed this machine most suitable to produce Roto items with all required technical features at economical cost. The aim is to save on customers investment and offering them choice of best quality machines at most optimum cost / quality ratio. We offer our machines to produce tanks / products from 1000 Ltrs to 10,000 Ltrs by various models. We also can design customize machine as per specific requirement . TURRET :

Rotating Turret unit has been designed to fix and carry our three heavy duty arms ( either straight or offset arms ). Turret indexing geared motor has been provided at bottom at opposite direction for positive & jerk free rotation. Two separate geared motors of 1 HP each have provided for and reverse rotation of turret unit.

Arms ;

All Three arms are robust construction with heavy duty bearing housing & bearings to hold and rotation of moulds. Each arms have provided with suitable gear box and AC motors which are driven by separate AC drives for infinite speed variation. Heavy duty arms are made from single one piece graded & robust pipe.

Oven chamber :

Oven chamber is movable forward and reverse by suitable geared AC motor, having Insulation thickness 100 mm thk. With highly energy efficient Insulation materials being used between two layers. Single stage automatic and Imported advance Burner has been used with automatic control suitable to operate by Oil / Gas . Burner & High velocity , fully dynamically balanced circulating blower have been equipped in back side separate area which generates fast and high velocity Hot air, This system offers benefits of fast high velocity circulating air thoughout Oven chamber, uniform air flow and temperature at each points and corners of chamber. Such faster and uniform cooking of product offers best quality and higher production rate. Heavy duty ladder and platform have been provided covering chamber for easy movement and powder feeding from top. Chamber doors are driven by reck n penion arrangement by AC geared motors. Special gasket / seal is provided between doors and oven chamber walls to avoid heat losses while closing doors. 2 Nos pneuamatic cycliners with suitable pneumatic piping and fittings have provided at oven doors which gets operated while closing doors which ensures proper tightening doors with oven chamber to prevent heat losses.

Cooling :

Cooling of moulds is ensured by 4 nos heavy duty industrial cooling fans by natual air. Its controls provided in to main electrical panel.

Control system :

Free standing , dust proof designed and with proper cooling enclosure has been provided with all required safety features and controls for smooth and trouble free operation of machine. Controls provided for All Minor and major axis ac motors with ac drives and their desplays, turret rotation, doors motors, oven chamber movement, cooling fans, temperature, All arms rotations by manual and Auto mode, Re circulating blower, Burner, and other necessary controls like supply voltage, provided. All motors and functions can be operated by separate remote station panel . It is easy to move and operate like desk.
